Free Consultation
I offer a 15 - 20 minute free consultation appointment, the reason for this is so you can ask any questions you may have regarding therapy. I can also discuss what to expect during therapy in a little more detail.
I aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours Monday - Friday.

Counselling Costs
Sessions are £50 online or by telephone and £60 for face-to-face appointments.
Some clients come for a few sessions to work through a specific issue, whilst others choose longer-term therapy.
During our first session, we will discuss what has brought you to therapy and regularly review your progress to ensure you are getting the support you need.
Cancellation Policy
Sometimes plans change and you cannot attend therapy, I ask for 24 hours notice where possible. If you do not give this notice then you will be charged for the session.
