Counselling Costs & Cancellation Policy
Free Consultation
I offer a 15 - 20 minute free consultation appointment, the reason for this is so you can ask any questions you may have regarding therapy. I can also discuss what to expect during therapy in a little more detail.
I aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours Monday - Friday.

Counselling Costs
Counselling sessions last for 50 Minutes & the cost is £50 per session online or by telephone. Face to face appointments are £55 per session.
I will work with you for a minimum of 6 sessions as this allows us to put in place coping mechanisms and trial them whilst still being supported. We will work together to ensure you get what you need from therapy within this time period. If you do require more sessions these can be arranged when we assess your progression at week 5
Cancellation Policy
Sometimes plans change and you cannot attend therapy, I ask for 24 hours notice where possible. If you do not give this notice then you will be charged for the session.
