My name is Katy and I'm glad you're here. I am a hypnotherapist and counsellor offering telephone appointments or online video calls.


I offer one to one counselling sessions & will support you on your journey. I offer a safe place for you to talk, I will listen and remain non judgmental. By giving you the safe place it will allows you to learn about yourself & notice patterns. We are able to break struggles & problems down, I will reflect things back to you and teach coping techniques.

I offer Person Centred & CBT to support with your personal, social and psychological problems and difficulties. Counselling focuses on mental and healing.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a deep state of relaxation and is a natural and effective method. Guided relaxation, intense concentration, and focused attention is used to access your subconscious mind, unleashing your potential, changing your unwanted habits and behaviours, and finding solutions to your problems and concerns. Hypnotherapy is about changing your belief systems and behaviours.
