I am a hypnotherapist and counsellor offering in person therapy in Crewe, Cheshire or Online or telephone call.
I offer one to one counselling sessions & will help you unpack your stresses or worries. I offer a safe place for you to talk, I will listen and remain non judgmental. By giving you the safe place it will allows you to learn about yourself & notice patterns. We are able to break struggles & problems down, I will reflect things back to you and teach coping techniques.

Counselling
Counselling is the process of talking about, and working through your personal problems. I offer Person Centred & CBT to support with your personal, social and psychological problems and difficulties. Counselling focuses on mental and healing.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a deep state of relaxation and is a natural and effective method. Guided relaxation, intense concentration, and focused attention is used to access your subconscious mind, unleashing your potential, changing your unwanted habits and behaviours, and finding solutions to your problems and concerns. Hypnotherapy is about changing your belief systems and behaviours.
